1987 USA Fender Vintage '57 Stratocaster in Lake Placid Blue nitro
Only about one of these show up a year. Dealers want to hold on to these because they are going up faster than any other investment. These early reissues are THE CLOSEST you will get to the real deal. They blow the Custom Shop new guitars away. These feel played in and not new and stiff like the new guitars. Now that they have aged almost twenty years they REALLY got the vibe. Custom colors are anything that is not sunburst and bring a premium. 7lb 7.5oz! Less than 7.5lbs! This guitar is in VERY good condition. Obviously loved by original owner.
What we have here is an all original, one owner V027XXX, all nitro (with plenty of checking), gently played, with original tags, strap, three way switch, unused Fender polish cloth still in plastic, uninstalled original five way switch and wiring instructions, tweed case with key, Original pots are all dated 13784XX apparently left over from the Fullerton factory, this is a historically significant piece that will only increase in value. Man is this one pretty! One of the cleanest 1987 guitars you will ever see.

Inside light makes the checking look silver. You have to play it to appreciate it. Fantastic condition. You have to turn it to the light just right to see the checking.
